How to sand a 3D print?

Sanding 3D prints removes layer lines and creates a smooth surface. Progress from coarse (120) to fine (400-800).

Procedure

  1. Coarse (120-180) - removes layer lines
  2. Medium (240-320) - smoothing
  3. Fine (400-600) - final smoothness
  4. Fine wet (800-1200) - almost mirror

Filler

For perfectly smooth surface apply primer/filler (spray), let dry, sand again.
