How to sand a 3D print?
Sanding 3D prints removes layer lines and creates a smooth surface. Progress from coarse (120) to fine (400-800).
Procedure
- Coarse (120-180) - removes layer lines
- Medium (240-320) - smoothing
- Fine (400-600) - final smoothness
- Fine wet (800-1200) - almost mirror
Filler
For perfectly smooth surface apply primer/filler (spray), let dry, sand again.
