What are blobs in 3D printing?
Blobs (zits) are small bulges on walls of the print - usually where the nozzle starts/ends a perimeter. Caused by poor retraction or pressure advance.
Causes
- Poor retraction
- Uncalibrated Pressure Advance
- High temperature
Solution
- Calibrate Pressure Advance
- Increase retraction
- Enable Wipe while retracting
