What is automatic bed leveling?
Auto-leveling (ABL) = printer measures bed irregularity automatically before printing. Sensors: BLTouch, piezo, inductive, eddy current.
How it works
Before printing the printer probes 9-100 bed points. Creates a mesh map and during first layer compensates Z according to the map.
Why it's critical
Without auto-leveling you must manually level the bed with screws.
